Michimaro Otabe

The story of a Ronin (i.e. a masterless samurai) who wanders the countryside of Japan with his small child, having various adventures.

Ogami is hired to kill a tattooed female assassin. Gunbei Yagyu, an enemy samurai, happens upon Ogami's son, and sees his chance for revenge.

Tokyo, 1934. The boss of the clan that controls gambling agonizes and some of his followers propose to Nakai to take his place, but he refuses the offer and suggests they choose Matsuda, who is in prison.

An action movie that illustrates the struggle of Morihei Ueshiba who was born in a farming family in Wakayama on his way of pursuing the heart of martial arts until he finally created his own well-polished Aikido.

One of the only pre-1980s yakuza films to be dubbed-into-English.
