Madame Pâquerette

Chronicling the last year of the life of Modigliani, an Italian painter living in abject poverty in Paris who falls in love with Jeanne, a girl from a wealthy family whose parents do not approve of him.

A womanizing young man is unjustly accused of murder by one of his feminine conquests while two of his other lovers aid him in proving his innocence.
