An anthology film consist of 7 short stories directed by several different directors, which are based on 7 moments since the founding of the People's Republic of China.

It focuses on the period from the fifth battle of the War to Resist U.S. and Aid Korea to the signing of the armistice agreement, presenting the spectacle of dual-line combat of "Negotiating while fighting at the same time".
