It revolves about a team of "puliscredibles", consisting of three charismatic and adventurous police officers named Jack, Emily, and Popoy, who embark on a mission to stop crimes from occurring within their vicinity.

After being released from prison due a mission gone wrong, Don Robert Fortun forms a team not only to steal the Pearl of the Orient, but to also get revenge against his brother Benjie.

The story is set in the Kingdom of Kalayaan in the contemporary era in an alternate version of the Philippines where the islands were never colonized.
