Anu embarks on a journey to Varanasi for her mother's last rites. En route, she's entrusted with an ancient relic by a stranger, destined for a Tamil Nadu priest, which may unveil the secrets of the elusive Fifth Veda.

Two families, who have a long-standing feud, move to the city to lead a peaceful life. They wish to get their children Shiva and Abhirami married. But both of them always fight with each other.
